Help children explore careers through imaginative play as a Kiddie College University sponsor. This separate, year-round program of Mrs. Emily’s Field Trips & More recognizes your name on its website and traveling signage, extending your connection with families beyond the Show & Share weekend.
Career station sponsorship starts at $300, with college and university sponsorship options also available.

Setup & participation
Friday setup: 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Friday event: 4–7 p.m. Spaces must remain staffed throughout event hours on both days. Booth exhibitors may choose zero tables and bring their own furnishings. Saturday hours and booth chair allowances will be provided separately. See the parent scavenger hunt, website promotion, and award support options below.
Nonprofit organizations may be considered for up to 50% off exhibitor participation through an approved partnership, volunteer hours, or in-kind exchange.

Join the parent scavenger hunt to help direct adults to your booth and introduce families to your organization.
We encourage you to create a QR code leading to your own challenge, where parents can learn more about what you offer. You can also create and manage your own giveaway connected with that challenge.
Your organization manages its challenge, giveaway, participation tracking, and follow-up with families who choose to connect. This gives you direct insight into interest in your organization and helps you continue those conversations after the event.

Your name will appear on the certificates and in event and website promotion for the award program you support. These are award certificates, separate from Kiddie College University college-completion certificates.
Choose one program for $100, or support both for $200. These optional additions are available to all exhibitors and sponsors.
